Mid-East Group Headquarters.

NO ACTION IS TO BE TAKEN AS A RESULT OF ANYTHING PRINTED HEREIN (EXCEPT
FURTHER DISCUSSIONS BY UNIT CAC's). ALL
CHANGES MADE WILL BE MADE THROUGH PROPER CHANNELS.
CALL TO ORDER: The
motion to begin the 29 March 2003 meeting of the New York Wing’s Cadet Advisory
Council was made by Paul F. Dolce, C/Major, CAP and seconded by Nathan A. King,
C/Major, CAP at 1320 hrs. The Pledge of
Allegiance was said, and a moment of silence was observed for all past and present
POW/MIA’s.
-Note- A new NYWG CAC Recorder has been appointed to the
position
- The new recorder is C/2Lt

-Schedule
-Proposed Schedule presented, and fixed to
accommodate new times, see attached copy, Motion to accept schedule as revised
by C/Capt Kasatkin-Unanimously approved
-Model will type up a propaganda packet that will
forwarded via email to be dissipated to Group Cadets via Group Chairs and
DCP’s.
-Reminder that 15 April is postmark date for
registration and there will be no walk in registration at the door

-Will cover as many topics as possible, with aims at
younger cadets also and online activities.

will be able to wear a bronze star on CAC Ribbon after filing a form 2-A

Dolce explains proposals about NCO of the Year for Region and NCOs getting the
choice to stay NCOs, also explains the new age requirement (12 years old)

has had only 1 meeting, on a 1-day notice, the Wednesday prior to 29 March
2003. Also Rep does not respond to
emails. Solution is that the Group DCP
has decided to hold elections in April.

about the NYWG Color Guard Competition going on during the 29 March 2003

June 2003 SEG will be participating in an Air Show @ Stewart ANGB. Major Model spoke about the event, and how
NYWG cadets can help

surroundings

The motion to adjourn the 29 March
2003 NYWG CAC meeting was made by Nick Kasatkin
C/Major, CAP and seconded by Seth Model, C/Captain CAP at 1510 hrs. The motion was unanimously passed.
