Step 4: Parade Day

More information will be added soon!

During the parade day, you will need plans for the following things:

  1. Handling the parents and guests observing the pass-in-review. Seating arrangements and traffic control plans need to be done.

  2. Addressing safety of the cadets in the pass-in-review. Have medical spotters standing behind the flights with jugs of water, and possibly a van to aid in moving a cadet if one passed out. The same applies for practices.

  3. Visiting dignitaries should be handled according to protocol.

  4. The Encampment Commander will probably say a few words during the awards presentation portion of the pass-in-review (unless the awards are done separately).

Continuously under construction- last updated 21 MAY 2000.
