SUBJECT: Encampment Forms Mailing Address

1. Lt Col Anita E. Martin, the encampment commander, has selected 2LT
Phyllis T Pruitt as the Administrative Officer for the encampment.
Therefore, please mail all encampment forms and all relevant paperwork to:

2. Paperwork mailed to NYW HQ's will be forwarded to Lt Pruitt.

3. All personnel that provide an e-mail address on their applications will
receive information via e-mail from Lt Pruitt. If an e-mail address is not
provided, communication will be made by phone or postal mail.

4. All personnel can find out more about the New York Wing Leadership
Encampment by visiting the NYW Cadet Program Web Site (here). Information 
about required paperwork and other related information are posted. The web 
site will be updated as the date of encampment information is received.
