SUBJECT: 2000 NYW Color Guard Competition

1. The New York Wing Color Guard Competition will be held on 29 April at
the Waterveliet Arsenal. This is the same location the competition was
held last year. Directions are available for those requiring them.

2. The registration for the competition is scheduled to begin at 0900. The
competition and awards ceremony should be complete by 1600.

3. Because the Arsenal is an active Facility all CAP personnel will be
restricted to the competition areas. Signs will be placed to direct
teams once they arrive. The PX will be available for CAP personnel with ID
cards as well as the on base museum.

4. Lastly, the Arsenal needs an exact count of personnel in
attendance. Please have a representative from each team contact myself
(sullery@wpi.edu or 508-890-7898) with the total number of individuals
attending (including senior escorts). Thank you and I look forward to an
